- Bamboo Childcare are recruiting for a Field Support Nursery Manager to support a group of nursery settings in the South west of England around the M4 and M5 corridor,
This is a permanent full time position working 40 hrs per week.

- A passionate and positive attitude
- Ideally multi site management experience within early years settings or minimum management experience from a high performing early years setting where you have led an outstanding Ofsted outcome.
- Strong understanding of the curriculum and ability to train staff in this area
- A full and relevant level 3 childcare qualification or above
- Knowledge and understanding of key legislation related to childcare and education
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A positive attitude, good initiative, confident and approachable
- Supporting the management team in development of settings.
- Conducting mock Ofsteds and supporting nurseries pre- Ofsted visit.
- Supporting and developing staff within the settings.
- Supporting with staff retention and staff recruitment.
- opening and closing of nurseries when needed
- Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
- Ensuring health, safety and well-being of the children at all times.
- Carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships of children and their families according to the curriculum.
