Bamboo Childcare are recruiting for a Field Support Nursery Manager to support a  group of nursery settings in the South west of England around the M4 and M5 corridor, 

This is a permanent full time position working 40 hrs per week.

In order to be considered for the role of Field Support Nursery Manager in The Gloucester/South West area you must have:
  • A passionate and positive attitude
  • Ideally multi site management experience within early years settings or minimum management experience from a high performing early years setting where you have led an outstanding Ofsted outcome.
  • Strong understanding of the curriculum and ability to train staff in this area
  • A full and relevant level 3 childcare qualification or above
  • Knowledge and understanding of key legislation related to childcare and education
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A positive attitude, good initiative, confident and approachable
The role of Field Support Nursery Manager will include:
  • Supporting the management team in development of settings.
  • Conducting mock Ofsteds and supporting nurseries pre- Ofsted visit.
  • Supporting and developing staff within the settings.
  • Supporting with staff retention and staff recruitment.
  • opening and closing of nurseries when needed
  • Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
  • Ensuring health, safety and well-being of the children at all times.
  • Carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships of children and their families according to the curriculum.
