- Description
- We are recruiting for an area/operations manager for a succesful, expanding nursery chain in the M4/M5 corridor area.
the role will involve supporting a number of settings in the South West ensuring quality, complaince, commerical profitability and safeguarding.
the rle reqires a candidat with experince of working in a commericial role as well as managing nurseries at a senior level.
A car driver with the ability to travel across the South west is essential for the role
Requirements of the Area Nursery Manager role across The Southwest- Must have minimum level 3 in childcare
- Must have either: extensive single site management of a large setting whilst supporting other sites experience and have achieved an Ofsted outstanding or a strong good grade, or have multi site management experience across early years provisions
- have managed budgest and have a commercial understanding
- Essential car driver due to requirements of the role.
- Experience of developing and supporting quality within early years settings
- Support management teams across multiple early years provisions within the South West
- Carry out quality audits and observations.
- Identify areas for development and implement appropriate action
- Help lead and support staff to implement the EYFS/Developmental matters
- Monitor and evaluate practice within playrooms to support improvements.
