- Description
- We are recruiting for an experienced Nursery Manager for a medium sized early years setting in the Rotherhithe area of south East london the setting is part of a small succesful chain.

- Ensuring the curriculums are delivered and met at all times.
- Ensuring Safeguarding procedures are followed
- Ensuring that all staff develop positive professional relationships with parents/carers and that children are provided with an environment that respects diversity
- Ensuring that child/staff ratios are adhered to at all times .
- Responsible for managing all aspects of Safer Recruitment, Health and Safety and Human Resources.
- Dealing with complex staff issues as they arise .
- Managing the administrative and financial elements of the nursery
- Actively promote and support the protection of children and young people in the workplace, ensuring that all staff and volunteers observe nursery policies and procedures to keep children safe from harm.
- Help lead and support staff to implement the EYFS
- Monitor and evaluate practice within playrooms to support improvements.
- Work with parents/carers of all children to achieve full integration in the nursery.
- Foresee the needs of all children, families and staff and give wellbeing guidance as appropriate.
- Support all staff and lead a good staff team with high morale.
- Liaise with and support parents/carers and other family members.
- Liaise with the Local Authority and other professionals for the best outcomes for all children.
- To promote the high standards of the nursery at all times to parents, staff and visitors
