- Waking night Residential Support Worker (Residential Leaving care support worker) role supporting Young adults in Hounslow
We are recruiting for compassionate and experienced care professionals to work as a Waking night Residential Children's Support Worker (RCW) for a small homely setting that supports children transistioning from residential or foster care to living independently
The company is a small business whom has the care of young people embedded into the whole ethos of the organisation including their recruitment process.
What the company can offer:- £11.50 - £12.50 per hour for unqualified with some experience
- £12.50 - £13.50 per hour for experience and level 3 in resdiential childcare
- Extensive Training and paid for level 3 in residential chidcare if not got already

- Ideally hold a minimum level 2 in haelth and social care qualification or willing to work towards a level 3 residential childcare qualification
- Minimum of 12 months recent experience working within children or adults with within care services inclusing working with emotional and behvioural difficulties
- Ability to write clear and accurate reports
- An enhanced DBS certificate will be required upon appointment
- Willingness to work weekends
- To contribute to the Care Planning process of young people ared for
- Maintaining children’s records accurately and within agreed time-scales
- To participate and contribute to the collation and preparation of Assessment and Action Records (when this is in accordance with the child’s care plan).
- Availability to work waking nights to include some weekend working
