- Description
- We are recruiting for a Nursery Manager for a small (circa 30 place) setting in the Leyland area.
What you can expect for the Nursery Manager role near Leyland:- £25 - £27k salary
- A comprehensive pension scheme with employer contributions

- Management level experience in a good or outstanding early years provision
- Experience of Ofsted
- Good communication skills
- Ability to develop staff
- Ensuring the curriculums are delivered and met at all times.
- Ensuring Safeguarding procedures are followed
- Ensuring that all staff develop positive professional relationships with parents/carers and that children are provided with an environment that respects diversity
- Ensuring that child/staff ratios are adhered to at all times .
- Responsible for managing all aspects of Safer Recruitment, Health and Safety and Human Resources.
- Dealing with complex staff issues as they arise .
- Managing the administrative and financial elements of the nursery
