- We have a fantastic opportunity for a Room Leader in Hounslow, Greater London
Our client's 70 place nursery in Hounslow is a lovely place to work, set in a purpose-designed building, the nursery is light and airy with an in-house kitchen producing freshly cooked, nutritious food everyday as well as good resources the children have weekly visits in the community and the local park. This is a permanent, full time position based on 40 hours per week. Opening hours from 07.30-18.30.
Offering a competitive salary of:
£24,000.00 – £26,000.00 per year – depending on experience.
Responsibilities of the Room Leader in Hounslow, Greater London:- Observations, planning and maintaining your own and monitoring the teams learning journeys in accordance to the EYFS.
- Promoting best practice in the nursery.
- Displaying a real passion for childcare.
- Effectively lead and manage a team.
- Communicate well with management, colleagues, parents and children.
- Lead by example.
- Have good knowledge of Ofsted
What are we looking for in the Room Leader in Hounslow, Greater London?- Minimum Level 3 in Childcare.
- Experience in managing a team minimum 1 year.
- Solid understanding of Health and Safety procedures and policies within a nursery.
- Strong communication skills.
- A passion for delivering the best Childcare Provision.
- EYFS, Safeguarding, FGM, FBV and First Aid knowledge is important.
- DBS and First Aid certification required.
