- We are recruiting for an experienced Nursery Manager for a large early years setting close to Prescot area of Merseyside which has a proven history of high quality provision.

What you can expect for the Nursery Manager role near Prescot:- £28k-£32K salary (negotiable dependent on experience)

- To have worked as an Early Years Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager in a large setting with proven leadership skills including positive outcomes through Ofsted inspections.
- Strong staff management skills
- Understanding of quality development
- Strong communication skills
- Ensuring the curriculums are delivered and met at all times.
- Ensuring Safeguarding procedures are followed
- Ensuring that all staff develop positive professional relationships with parents/carers and that children are provided with an environment that respects diversity
- Ensuring that child/staff ratios are adhered to at all times .
- Responsible for managing all aspects of Safer Recruitment, Health and Safety and Human Resources.
- Dealing with complex staff issues as they arise .
- Managing the administrative and financial elements of the nursery
