- We are recruiting for an Early Years Manager for a beautiful small village based preschool and before and after school setting in the Cotgrave area of Nottinghamshire.

What you can expect in return for the Early Years/Pre-school Nursery Manager role in the Cotgrave area of Nottinghamshire:- Salary - £24 - £27K

- Reduction in usual management administrative tasks as many of these aspects are done centrally
- To have worked as a Manager or a Deputy Manager and been involved with a 'Good' or Outstanding' inspection.
- To be willing to lead by example and role model good practise
- Strong leadership and management skills to enable you to support, mentor and motivate a small staff team
- Working hands on - the successful candidate will hold their own small key group of children and be instrumental in role modelling good practice.
- You will not have to worry about completing funding applications; finances; chasing invoices or marketing etc as this is all done centrally and so the successful candidate can concentrate on providing quality care and leadership to a small team of Practitioners
- This role would suit a Nursery Manager looking for a less pressurised role or an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager looking for the next step up.
