- We are recruiting for an experienced manager for a large setting in Knaresborough that was acquired by a nursery chain this year that has one of the best reputations in the sector.
Requirements of the Nursery manager role in Knaresborough- To have worked as a Manager or a Deputy Manager for a number of years and been involved with a 'Good' or Outstanding' inspection
- To be willing to incorporate outdoor learning in everyday activities for the children.
- Understanding of budgeting and finance within a nursery
- Staff Management skill
- £25k - £30K salary (negotiable for extensive experience)

- Ensuring the EYFS framework is delivered and met at all times.
- Ensuring Safeguarding procedures are followed
- Ensuring that all staff develop positive professional relationships with parents/carers and that children are provided with an environment that respects diversity
- Ensuring that child/staff ratios are adhered to.
- Responsible for managing all aspects of Safer Recruitment, Health and Safety and Human Resources.
- Dealing with complex staff issues as they arise.
- Managing the administrative and financial elements of the nursery
