- We are recruiting for an experienced manager for a small setting in Sutton Coldfield that was acquired by a nursery chain that has one of the best reputations in the sector. the current manager was the owner so is now moving on.
The role would suit an existing Deputy looking for a promotion or a manager wanting to be part of a fantastic organisation
Requirements of the Nursery manager role in Sutton Coldfield- To have worked as a Manager or a Deputy Manager for a number of years and been involved with a 'Good' or Outstanding' inspection
- To be willing to incorporate outdoor learning in everyday activities for the children.
- Understanding of budgeting and finance within a nursery
- Staff Management skill
- £25k - £32K salary (negotiable for extensive experience)

- Ensuring Safeguarding procedures are followed
- Ensuring that all staff develop positive professional relationships with parents/carers and that children are provided with an environment that respects diversity
- Ensuring that child/staff ratios are adhered to.
- Responsible for managing all aspects of Safer Recruitment, Health and Safety and Human Resources.
- Dealing with complex staff issues as they arise.
- Managing the administrative and financial elements of the nursery
