- We are recruiting for an experienced manager for an amazing setting in Stoke on Trent this is a large sized nursery that has recently been acquired by a fantastic nursery chain with one of the highest reputations in the sector. The nursery has benefited from new resources and equipment and ongoing investment in staff support and development
Requirements of the Nursery manager role in Stoke-on Trent, Staffordshire- To have worked as a Manager or a Deputy Manager for a number of years and been involved with a 'Good' or Outstanding' inspection
- To be willing to incorporate outdoor learning in everyday activities for the children.
- Understanding of budgeting and finance within a nursery
- Staff Management skill
- £25k - £32K salary (negotiable for extensive experience)

- Ensuring the EYFS framework is delivered and met at all times.
- Ensuring Safeguarding procedures are followed
- Ensuring that all staff develop positive professional relationships with parents/carers and that children are provided with an environment that respects diversity
- Ensuring that child/staff ratios are adhered to.
- Responsible for managing all aspects of Safer Recruitment, Health and Safety and Human Resources.
- Dealing with complex staff issues as they arise.
- Managing the administrative and financial elements of the nursery
