- Description
- We are working with a successful nursery chain based in East and West Sussex to recruit a Recruitment Manager, salary £32k-325k with OTE up to £45K. The nurseries have recently had investment and are a fantastic environment to work within. The nurseries provides the highest standard of nursery care and education within a unique environment in which children are actively encouraged to explore, learn and interact with others.
The role is a 360 recruitment role and will be working independently in the recruitment function alongside the area managers and the head office team.
The position will be hybrid home working and based within the nursery sites at a location in East or West Sussex
Working with managers across locations, to ensure nurseries are appropriately resourced to enable childcare occupancy targets to be achieved.
The role is offering a base salary of £35k plus commission of OTE to £45k
Key responsibilities of the recruitment manager will include:
· Development of attraction strategies for existing and new locations, exploring recruitment channels and taking an innovative approach in a competitive recruitment market.
· Develop processes to ensure efficient and proactive recruitment practices are in place.
· Compile and analyse key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and to measure success.
· Work with Area Managers to ensure vacancy requirements are accurately identified.
· Produce appealing job adverts that stand out from the norm and promote the unique aspects of the individual nurseries and roles whilst embracing the brand.
· Identify and implement ways of improving candidate experience from first contact to onboarding..
· Work with wider People team to develop a consistent employer brand.
· Build strong relationship across the company to ensure a collaborative approach to achieving recruitment targets.
The ideal applicant for the Recruitment manager in East/West Sussex:
· Proven successful recruitment management experience in a multi-site environment.
· Experience in developing recruitment strategy.
· Strong stakeholder management and collaborative approach.
·Knowledge of the care and/or Education/Early years environment would be preferable and understanding of Safer Recruitment
