- Description
- We are recruiting for an experienced manager for a new setting soon to be opened in Southwater, West Sussex. The nursery will have amazing resources and facilities, Including a beautiful outdoors area. As this is anew nursery candidates must be confident in implementing policies and procedures, recruitment, training and mentoring staff, creating links with the local community and marketing of the setting in different formats
Requirements of the Nursery manager role in Southwater, West Sussex:- To have worked as a Manager or a Deputy Manager for a number of years and been involved with a 'Good' or Outstanding' inspection
- To be willing to incorporate outdoor learning in every day activities for the children.
- Understanding of budgeting and finance within a nursery
- Staff Management skill
- £30k-£35K salary (negotiable for extensive experience)
