- Baby Room Leader required for a lovely small family run nursery in Leyland.
This is a permanent full time position that can be worked over 4 or 5 days

What you need for the Room Leader role in Leyland
* A passionate and positive attitude towards working with children
* Experience within an early years environment
* Ability to use own initiative to complete tasks
* Hold a level 3 in Childcare
* Good communication skills.
The role of Room Leader will include:
* Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
* Ensuring health, safety and well-being of the children at all times
* Being a key person carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a small group of children and their families according to the EYFS
