We are recruiting for an Early Years Manager for a beautiful small village based preschool and before and after school setting in the Cotgrave area of Nottinghamshire.

What you can expect in return for the Early Years Manager role in the Cotgrave area of Nottinghamshire:- Full time hours - 42 hours - ideally over 4 days but can be done over 5 days.
- Salary - £22 - £25K

- Support from a central support team to include a Quality Support Manager
- Reduction in usual management administrative tasks as many of these aspects are done centrally
Requirements of the Early Years Manager role in the Cotgrave are of Nottinghamshire:
- To have worked as a Manager or a Deputy Manager and been involved with a 'Good' or Outstanding' inspection.
- To be willing to lead by example and role model good practise
- Strong leadership and management skills to enable you to support, mentor and motivate a small staff team
The role of Early Years Manager involves:
- Working hands on - the successful candidate will hold their own small key group of children and be instrumental in role modelling good practice.
- You will not have to worry about completing funding applications; finances; chasing invoices or marketing etc as this is all done centrally and so the successful candidate can concentrate on providing quality care and leadership to a small team of Practitioners
- This role would suit a Nursery Manager looking for a less pressurised role or an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager looking for the next step up.
