- We are recruiting for a Nursery Manager at an extremely impressive setting based in the St Austell area of Cornwall. The setting is a refurbished setting with a lovely outdoor area.
We are looking for an individual with a passion and enthusiasm for delivering high quality care and learning experiences with an emphasis on staff development. Requirements of the role are:- Over 1 year’s current experience as a Nursery Manager
- Minimum of 4 years occupational experience in a nursery setting
- To have held a full and relevant Early Years qualification for at least 3 years
- An unrivalled dedication to deliver exceptional childcare
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
Key responsibilities of the Nursery Manager role in the St Austell area of Cornwall include:- Creating a educational, fun and diverse environment for children to learn and staff to teach .
- Implementing and ensuring staff adhere to policies, procedures and regulations
- Managing all aspects of the day to day operation of the nursery
- Ensure that the nursery is operating effectively by achieving high occupancy and controlling
- Working to increase occupancy and managing budgets to maximise sustainability of the nursery
Salary and hours of the role:
Full time hours would be 40 hours between 7.00am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
Salary for the role will be negotiable depending on the successful candidate’s level of experience and qualifications between £25k - £27K per year.
