- Description
- We are looking for a qualified Early Years Teacher to join a beautiful setting in the Altrincham area to work 20 hours per week and either all year round or term-time only
What the role can offer:- The role is part time, 20 hours a week, 10am - 3pm (1 hours unpaid lunch break) Monday – Friday.
- £18 - £20 per hour.

- Experience teaching in an early years environment

- Ability to engage with young children
- Plan, implement and evaluate weekly and monthly activities taking into account the children’s individual interests ensuring a broad curriculum is covered covering all seven areas of the EYFS.
- Maintain children’s records including observation, assessment and tracking, sharing all information with the child’s parents / carer keeping learning journeys up to date
- To ensure a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care of the children following the statutory framework at all times
- To implement and adhere to a consistent daily routine both indoors and outdoors ensuring high quality teaching and learning experiences are offered to children at all times
- To plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and evaluation as required individual child so that they can reach their full potential.
- To develop “school readiness” with the preschool group this includes developing Phonetic understanding and literacy skills, numeracy skills, developing independence, communication skills and confidence to progress onto the school environment happily.
