- We are looking for an Early Years Lead based across two settings in Altrincham, Greater Manchester.
What the role can offer:- The role is full time (40hrs) with potential to work hours over 4 days if desired
- £11 - £12 per hour.

You will need:- Minimum level 3 in early years or equivalent
- Senior level experience within an early years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
- Good understanding of safeguarding
- Positive attitude
- Ability to engage and motivate others
The role involves:- Working supernumerary across 2 settings in Altrincham area
- Supporting and mentoring Early Years Practitioners
- Developing practice
- Identifying areas for development
- Peer assessment
- Role modelling
- Some requirement may be needed to plan, implement and evaluate weekly and monthly activities taking into account the children’s individual interests ensuring a broad curriculum is covered covering all seven areas of the EYFS.
- Other tasks as requested by Nursery Manager
