- Bamboo Childcare are recruiting for a Nursery Manager based within a reputable cearly years setting in the Inverness area.
This is a permanent position for 40 hrs per week.

- Management or deputy/depute experience, from a high performing early years setting
- Good understanding of the curriculum.
- A full and relevant level 3 childcare qualification
- Knowledge and understanding of key legislation related to childcare and education
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A positive attitude, good initiative, confident and approachable
- Full responsibility for day to day running of setting
- Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
- Ensuring health, safety and well-being of the children at all times
- Liaising with care inspectorate
- Overseeing the smooth running and high quality practice within the rooms
- Daily admin tasks.
