- Room Leader role for a fantastic nursery that is part of a small expanding chain and the role has become available as the nursery is undergoing renovation and is expanding its numbers.
This Room Leader role in Anerley will be based in the baby room, experience with this age range is essential the focus is on supporting current staff team, ensuring all paperwork is completed, ensuring high standards of childcare and health and safety are adhered to at all times.
This role is 40 hours over 4 days. However working over 5 days can also be accommodated if preferred

- Minimum Level 3 in Childcare.
- Essential is Experience as a Room Leader
- have worked in the baby room
- Solid understanding of Health and Safety procedures and policies within a nursery.
- Strong communication skills.
- EYFS, Safeguarding, FGM, FBV and First Aid knowledge is important.
- Keyworker duties
- Promoting best practice in the nursery.
- Displaying a real passion for childcare.
- Effectively supporting team members
- Communicate well with management, colleagues, parents and children.
- Lead by example.
