- Description
- A new role has arisen within a developing and successful Nursey chain for a a Systems integration specialist based in London, . The role will be home based with essential travel to the head office in nprth west London and to visit the nursery sites across London to implement and train staff systems.
The role will involve the responsibility for managing the transition of data and information over to the new systems from legacy systems. This will include Parent/family data as well as HRIS, financials/billing/invoicing. Also a key responsibility will be to need to help train nursery Managers on new systems to ensure a smooth transition.
Duties of the a Systems integration specialist based in London, include:- Managing technical development and integration of new software/products
- Supporting managers and Senior officers
- Evaluating and testing system software
- Investigating and resolving technical issues with products and platforms
- Responsible for reducing risk related integration of new software/products
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
- Ability to communicate and train staff
- Ability to provide technical guidance and advice for system/ERP integration
- Implementation of cloud services
- Systems and product integration
- Stakeholder management
- previous implementation of new software platforms over multiple sites ideally
- an understanding of the nursery sector is desirable but not essential
