- Description
- We are recruiting for a Parent liaison Coordinator, the role will be mainly office based with occasional travel to the head office in North London.
The company is a small and expanding very successful nursery chain providing high quality care and education from children aged 0-5 years
The role is key to the success of the organisation as the person will be taking the initial enquiries from parents about what care the nurseries can provide for their children, therefore will be 'the voice' of the company.
Duties of the Parent liaison Coordinator, will involve:- Picking up email and website enquiries and responding appropriately and timely
- Taking calls from parents who are looking for nursery places.
- Providing information,
- booking nursery visits.
- Building relationships with the nursery managers
- following up from initial enquiries and nursey visits and
- helping the nursery manager with registrations and marketing.
- Nursery sector experience desirable but not essential.
- occasional visits to the nurseries for open days
- Excellent communication with external and internal partners
- Customer service experience
- Ability to reassure parents whom may be apprehensive about childcare
- The ability to multi-task
- ideally an understanding of day nurseries
- Salary of £28K - £30k
