- We are looking for Nursery Managers who are looking for a next step to take on the role of Acquisition Nursery manager
The roles are within a small and successful nursery chain that has expansion plans with significant investment to support this.
Applicants will be strong managers who go into newly acquired nurseries to support the existing management and staff teams and ensure smooth transition with policies/procedures etc and build quality practice.
Travel will be required will be going to new nurseries with each acquisition. The roles will be based throughout London but ideally will be across the SW, NW, NE and SE.
In order to be considered for the role of Senior Nursery Manager in Greater London you will need:- Extensive Nursery Manager experience, excellent EYFS, Safeguarding and FBV knowledge
- Experience of Managing through Ofsted Good or Outstanding outcome
- Excellent leadership skills
- Project Management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A passionate and positive attitude towards creating quality childcare
- A full and relevant child care qualification (level 3 or above)
- To be able to travel across London
- Salary of £40K - 45K
