- Description
- We are recruiting for a Senior project Manager, Senior integrations Manager for a Nursery Chain based in London.
The purpose of this role is to project manage the integration of new nurseries. The post holder will have strategic oversight of all areas, finance, systems, building work, staffing, childcare quality, resources, facilities. The main element is project managing and ensuring that resources are in place for the afore mentioned to align
The ideal candidate needs to either already be working in the early years/nursery sector or have previous work experience alongside project managing in other sectors.
Essential Skills for the Senior Integration Manager:- Proven track record of project management in the early years sector
- Strong planning skills
- Excellent communication including presenting, influencing and conflict resolution
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments
- Stakeholder management including the ability to matrix third parties
- Have delivered against KPIs, SLA suppliers are underpinned too
- Excellent Supplier management and Supplier governance
- Salary of £60K
