- Will consider candidates for full-time and part time hours (will also consider full time over 4 days)
- Level 3 qualification in childcare, knowledge of EYFS and extensive experience as a keyworker
- Significant experience in the baby room of an early years setting
- Ideally senior level experience within a baby room
- Recent experience working within an early years environment
- Good understanding of EYFS
- Have the ability to enhance and develop children's learning through play
- Enthusiasm and genuine passion for developing and nurturing children
- Be able to monitor and complete essential observations.
- Providing a safe, nurturing and educational environment for children in early years.
- Completing quality observations
- Keyworker to children and planning next steps
- Liaising with parents
- Leading a small team of 3 other Nursery Practitioners
