- We are recruiting for a Nursery Manager at an extremely impressive setting based In Enderby near Leicester. The setting is a medium to large nursery with lovely facilities and a real focus on outdoor play and learning
We are looking for an individual with a passion and enthusiasm for delivering high quality care and learning experiences with an emphasis on staff development.
Requirements of the Management role in Enderby are:- Over 1 year current experience as a Nursery Manager
- Minimum of 4 years occupational experience in a nursery setting
- To have held a full and relevant Early Years qualification
- An unrivaled dedication to delivering exceptional childcare
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to implement and manage change
- Creating an educational, fun and diverse environment for children to learn and staff to teach.
- Implementing and ensuring staff adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations
- Managing all aspects of the day to day operation of the nursery
- Ensure that the nursery is operating effectively by achieving high occupancy and controlling
- Working to increase occupancy and managing budgets to maximise the sustainability of the nursery
Full time hours would be 40 hours between 7.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday.- Salary for the role will be negotiable depending on the successful candidate’s level of experience and qualifications held, but will be circa £24000 - £26000 plus Bonuses.
