- Deputy Nursery Manager required for a large setting in Swindon, Wiltshire. the provision has been beautifully renovated and has fantastic gardens for the children to explore
This is a permanent position working 40 hours a week on a rota basis between the hours of 7am and 6.00pm

- Senior level experience within a good or outstanding setting (will consider experienced Room Leaders, Senior Nursery Practitioners, Third in Charge, existing Deputy Nursery Managers)
- Must hold a minimum level 3 qualification in early years / childcare
- Strong understanding of the EYFS
- Proven experience leading a team of Practitioners
- Good communication skills.
The role of Deputy Nursery Manager will include:- Supporting the Nursery Manager to lead the setting
- Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
- Ensuring health, safety and well-being of the children at all times
- Leading and motivating a team of Early Years Professionals
- Developing practise and ensuring standards are met
