- Level 3 Nursery Nurse and a Room Leader role in Iver, Buckinghamshire within a fantastic setting that has recently been acquired by a small, successful chain.
This is a permanent position for 40 hrs per week Monday to Friday on a rota

- Ensuring health, safety and well-being of the children at all times
- Being a key person carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a small group of children and their families according to the EYFS
- Ensuring ratios are adhered to at all times
- Checking paperwork is completed appropriately
- Leading a team of practitioners (room Leader only)
- supporting and training staff members (Room Leader only)
- Minimum level 3 in childcare
- Previously managed a room within a nursery (room Leader only)
- Ability to plan effectively within the EYFS
- To complete observations
- Excellent communication skills
