Description
Nursery Room Leader required for a large nursery provision caring for children aged 0 to 5 years of age in the Fareham area of Hampshire.

This is a permanent position with a choice to work either 40, 42.5 or 45 hour contracts.

What you need for the Nursery Room Leader role in the Fareham area of Hampshire:
  • Must hold a minimum level 3 qualification in early years/childcare
  • Minimum 12 months post qualifying experience within early years with senior level experience
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS
  • Proven experience in keyworking
  • Good communication skills.
 
The role of Nursery Room Leader will include:
  • Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
  • Ensuring the health, safety and well-being of the children at all times
  • Supervising small staff team
  • Undertaking observations and planning in line with EYFS
