- Nursery Manager required for a large nursery provision caring for children aged 0 to 5 years of age in the Rushden area of Northamptonshire.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours

What you need for the Nursery Manager role in the Rushden area of Northamptonshire:- Management level experience within a good or outstanding setting (will consider experienced Deputy Managers)
- Must hold a minimum level 3 qualification in early years/childcare
- Strong understanding of the EYFS
- Proven experience in performance management such as supervision meetings, appraisals and setting objectives.
- Ability to effectively market the setting to maximise occupancy levels and fee income.
- Good communication skills.
The role of Nursery Manager will include:- Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
- Ensuring the health, safety and well-being of the children at all times
- Leading and motivating a team of Early Years Professionals
