- We are recruiting for a Term-time Nursery Manager for a fantastic small setting in Southwater, West Sussex, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing chain which have great financial stability in this difficult time. This is a permanent position working 38 hours Mon-Fri term time only
£23000 - £25,000 depending on experience.
The nursery is part of a small chain of nurseries that have the highest reputation for great childcare, competitive salaries, training and career development.
In order to be considered for the role of Nursery Manager in Southwater you will need:- Previous Nursery Manager experience, excellent EYFS, Safeguarding and FBV knowledge
- Experience of working in an Ofsted Good or Outstanding setting, preparing for Ofsted experience
- Excellent communication skills and leadership skills
- A passionate and positive attitude towards working with children
- A full and relevant child care qualification (level 3 or above)
- Office and room duties
