- Registered Manager required for children and young peoples home in Waltham Abbey area of Essex supporting young people aged 5 - 18 years with emotional behavioural needs.

- Development and training

- Management level experience within a children's home of a good or outstanding setting.
- Experience with Ofsted inspections
- Level 3 qualification in residential childcare or equivalent (level 3 CYPW, Level 3 Health and social care - working with children and young people)
- Achieved or working towards level 5 in Health & social care leadership and management
- 4 years’ experience working in residential childcare
- 2 years’ experience working at deputy or management level in residential childcare
- Enthusiasm and genuine passion for developing and nurturing children and young people
- Providing a safe, nurturing and environment for young people aged 5 - 18 years with social and emotional needs, enabling them to fulfill their potential.
- Leading a team of staff to ensure safeguarding is integral throughout practise
- Liaising with local authorities and Ofsted.
