- Qualified Nurses (grade 5 or 6) required for an 'outstanding' service supporting children and young people with complex needs in the Epsom area of Surrey.

What does the role offer:- Will consider full or part-time hours (full-time 37.5hrs and part-time 0.6 - salaries below based on full-time hours)
- 35 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays, but amounts to 27 days + bank holidays) - leave allowance increases every 5 years
- Salary - Level 5 Registered Nurse - £29,888 - £36,738(inclusive of London Weighting)
- Salary - Level 6 Registered Nurse - £37,638 - £44,780 (inclusive of London Weighting)

- Supporting children 7 - 17 who have an acquired brain injury and other associated complex needs and providing clinical support.
- Many of the children will be non-verbal and will have physical disabilities in addition.
- Support with daily routines
- Work involves supporting children who are attending rehab so they can be supported to return home, and those children within long term residential support at the site with support in an education environment
- To operate across a 24hr shift pattern which includes days, evenings, waking nights and weekends.
What experience and skills do you need:- Our client will consider newly qualified nurses, and those who have experience in any of the following: paediatric nursing, learning disabilities nursing, mental health nursing.
- Commitment to work 37.5 hrs over a 24 hr rota (this will include some weekend hours and waking nights) - can be discussed further
- Grade 6 nurses must also be a qualified mentor and have experience with children with complex needs as the role will involve supervising a team of grade 5 nurses and support workers
- Ideally, a driver due to site location, although if you can make alternative arrangements to travel to enable reliability this is not essential.
