- We are looking to recruit a Nursery Manager for a quality setting in Burgess Hill.

- Ofsted 'Good' - large setting
- Minimum Level 3 in Childcare or above
- Nursery Management experience - preferably within a large setting 70+, or the ability to scale up
- Excellent people skills - with over 40 staff we are looking for an effective leader, kind, compassionate, understanding, also firm but fair - focused on helping staff grow and develop and achieve their best
- Excellent interpersonal skills e.g. good Manager/Parent relationship skills
- Some knowledge of Tapestry / iConnect is advantageous but non-essential
- Administrative skills
- Huge focus on safeguarding and the well-being of children
- Excellent EYFS and Fundamental British Values knowledge
