- We have a fantastic opportunity for a Nursery Manager to join an outstanding setting to cover maternity leave at their setting based in Hitchin.
The setting in Hitchin is a large provision which caters for approximately 90 children and is set in lovely premises.

- To be responsible for all aspect of the day care provision
- Promoting best practice in the nursery.
- Displaying a real passion for childcare.
- Effectively lead and manage a team.
- Communicate well with colleagues, parents and children.
- Lead by example.
- Minimum Level 3 in Childcare.
- Recent experience of being a Nursery Manager.
- Solid understanding of Health and Safety procedures and policies within a nursery.
- Strong communication skills.
- A passion for delivering the best Childcare Provision.
- EYFS, Ofsted, Safeguarding, FGM, FBV and First Aid knowledge is important.
- DBS and First Aid certification required.
