- Bamboo Childcare are currently recruiting on behalf of our client - a beautiful 100 place Ofsted rated Outstanding nursery setting.
The nursery operates from an attractive converted mill standing in the town of Hitchin and is open from 7:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday all year round, closing only for bank holidays and for the period between Christmas and New Year.
The setting is looking for a leader with strong commercial skills who has demonstrated they have what it takes to run a busy, fast-paced nursery setting.
Ideally, you will have experience running a private nursery setting, as well as having experience gaining either a Good or Outstanding from Ofsted.
A level 3 qualification in childcare is essential, and a management qualification on top of this is highly desirable.
The role is available on a full time/permanent basis.
