- Bamboo Childcare are recruiting on behalf of our client - a brand new private day nursery based in Poynton. The nursery are soon to open their doors and are looking to add to the team - this is a great time to join a brand new business that already has a large list of children enrolled! We are looking for professional and passionate qualified Nursery Nurses based in Poynton, or close by to the area.
We are looking for staff who are happy working in the Baby Room initially, although we're looking for a solid all rounder who feels confident working with children in the 0-5 age bracket.
The Nursery Nurse roles at this setting are permanent, full-time with opening hours from 07.30 - 18.30 Monday to Friday - you will be contracted for 40 hours between these times. The nursery are happy to interview on weekends if it's tricky for you to take time out of work!
Salaries Range from £8 - £8.50 depending on experience - the nursery are paying above minimum wage for staff in order to attract the best possible candidates.
This 60 place setting is a home away from home and is fully equipped for educational and fun daily activities, as well as having a lovely garden area for outdoor play.
The nursery offers online reports for parents, trips out, sign language, gymnastics as well as extras like children's haircuts and more!
What we are looking for:
- Ideally Level 3 in Childcare (we can also consider candidates with a level 2 childcare qualification with a strong background in childcare)
- Solid understanding of Health and Safety procedures and policies within a Nursery.
- Strong communication skills with children
- A passion for delivering the best Childcare Provision
- EYFS knowledge essential
