This Nursery Teacher role in Crystal Palace will focus is on ensuring high standards of childcare and health and safety are adhered to at all times.

- Ability to train and guide nursery practitioners
- Promoting best practice in the nursery
- Ensuring the education of the children is in line with the curriculum.
- Improving quality standards across the nursery
- Displaying a real passion for childcare.
- Effectively training team members in the EYFS and quality procedures
- Communicate well with management, colleagues, parents and children.
