- We have a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Nursery Manger in Iver, Buckinghamshire.
This is a permanent, full time position based on 40 hours per week. Ofsted rated Good
Offering a competitive salary of:
£23,000.00 – £25,000.00 per year – depending on experience.
Responsibilities of the Deputy Nursery Manger in Iver, Buckinghamshire:- Promoting best practice in the nursery.
- Displaying a real passion for childcare.
- Effectively lead and manage a team.
- Communicate well with management, colleagues, parents and children.
- Lead by example.
- Have good knowledge of Ofsted
What are we looking for in the Deputy Nursery Manger in Iver, Buckinghamshire?- Minimum Level 3 in Childcare.
- Experience in managing a team
- Solid understanding of Health and Safety procedures and policies within a nursery.
- Strong communication skills.
- A passion for delivering the best Childcare Provision.
- EYFS, Safeguarding, FGM, FBV and First Aid knowledge is important.
- DBS and First Aid certification required.
