- We are recruiting for a Room based Deputy Nursery Manager for a reputable setting in the Urmston area of Trafford, Greater Manchester
This is a permanent position for 40 hrs per week, Monday to Friday
Salary is £19 - 22k per annum dependent on experience and qualifications
The nursery is part of a small group of settings that have the highest reputation for great childcare
In order to be considered for the role of Room based Deputy Nursery Manager, you will need:- A passionate and positive attitude
- Team Leadership experience
- Experience as a key worker within an early years setting
- A full and relevant level 3 child care qualification
- Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
- Ensuring health, safety and well-being of the children at all times
- Being a key person carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a small group of children and their families according to the EYFS
- Overseeing the smooth running and high quality practice within the room
- Supporting the Nursery Manager with administration and management tasks
