- We are recruiting for a Deputy Manager in Hammersmith, London this is a great opportunity to work within a fantastic nursery.
The nursery is fresh and homely to ensure each child can experience inspiring educational activities indoors and outdoors in all weather. The nursery can accommodate up to 70 children with opening hours from 07.30-18.30 Monday to Friday.

Offering a competitive salary of:
£25,000.00 to £27,000.00 per year - depending on qualifications and experience.
The role of Deputy Manager in Hammersmith, London involves the following responsibilities:- Excellent understanding of the EYFS, FBV and Safeguarding
- Minimum Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent or higher
- Experience of being a Deputy Nursery Manager before
- Ideally gone through Ofsted inspection
- Good people management skills, including appraisals, rota management
- The ability to lead, coach and inspire and develop skills
- Level 3 in childcare
- Management experience
- Have experience in a 'good' or 'outstanding' setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS
- Ability to plan in line with EYFS
- Good communication skills with children, parents and staff.
- Ability to form good interactions with children and use own initiative.
- Problem solve effectively
