- Baby Unit Room Leader sought to work in the baby room at a quality driven early years setting in the Stretford area of Greater Manchester.
The role is a permanent full time position for 40 hours a week over 5 days Monday to Friday. It is to manage the 2 baby rooms therefore needs someone with senior/Room leader experience and to age worked in the baby room.

What you need for the Nursery Room Leader role in the Stretford area of Greater Manchester- Excellent understanding of the EYFS, FBV and Safeguarding
- Minimum Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent or higher
- Extensive experience within baby room
- Ideally experience of managing a small team of nursery nurses. We are happy to consider experienced nursery nurses who are looking to step up to the next level of their career
- Providing a safe, nurturing and educational environment for children in early years
- Leading a small team of Practitioners
- Leading on planning
- Support a key group of children
