- We are recruiting a Senior Early Years Practitioner/Room leader and a team leader for a lovely quality setting in Falmouth cornwall
The setting has a beautiful free-flow outdoor area and a great reputation for quality childcare
The role is full time but they will also consider individuals who are looking for condensed hours.
Requirements of the Senior Early Years Practitioner role in falmouth- To be passionate and enthusiastic about providing high-quality childcare
- To be able to manage a small team
- min 3 years experience in a nursery with some senior experience
- Minimum level 3 in childcare with work experience or relevant degree
- Ability to plan effectively within the EYFS
- High level administration skills
- To complete observations
- Excellent communication skills with children parents and outside authorities
- for the team leader role you will be supporting the other Senior Practitioners
- £12.30 per hour for the senior
- £13.54 per hour for the team leader
