- We are recruiting for a Room Leader who will also act as Third in Charge to work at a quality driven early years setting in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire
The role is a permanent full time position (40hrs) working Monday to Friday.

- Minimum Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent or higher
- Experience of managing a small team of nursery nurses. We are happy to consider senior nursery nurses who are looking to step up to the next level of their career
- Providing a safe, nurturing and educational environment for children in early years
- Leading a small team of Practitioners
- Deputising when required
- Leading on planning
