- Description
- We are recruiting for a permanent Nursery Manager based in Fleetwood, Lancashire for a term time only role based in a small early years provision supporting children aged 2 - 5 years.
The nursery is part of a small group and this is a new acquisition.
The position is a permanent role and hours are between 32.5 to 40 hours. Currently the hours are 845am to 345pm, but this may increase as hours may need to be extended to accommodate the new funding the government is phasing in from April 2024.
We are looking for individuals with a passion and enthusiasm for delivering high quality care and learning experiences.
What you can expect from the Nursery Manager role in Fleetwood:- 32.5 - 40hrs a week Monday to Friday

- Deputy management or Nursery Management experience.
- To hold a minimum level 3 full and relevant Early Years qualification
- Experience with Ofsted

- Creating an educational, fun and diverse environment for children to learn and staff to teach.
- Implementing and ensuring staff adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations
- Managing all aspects of the day to day operation of the nursery
