- We are recruiting for a permanent Nursery Manager based in the Alderley Edge/Wilmslow area
The setting is a small early years provision with an excellent reputation and is part of a small successful chain
The position is a permanent role 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
We are looking for individuals with a passion and enthusiasm for delivering high quality care and learning experiences. The role would suit a current nursery manager who would like to work for a small successful nursery or a Deputy Manager ready for the next step
What you can expect from the role:- Salary for the role will be negotiable depending on the successful candidate’s level of experience and qualifications held, but will be circa £30000 - £32000

- Either 3 years as a deputy manager or over 1 year current experience as a Nursery Manager
- Minimum of 5 years occupational experience in a nursery setting
- To have held a full and relevant Early Years qualification

- Creating an educational, fun and diverse environment for children to learn and staff to teach.
- Implementing and ensuring staff adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations

- Ensure that the nursery is operating effectively by achieving high occupancy and controlling
- Working to increase occupancy and managing budgets to maximise the sustainability of the nursery
