- We are recruiting for a permanent full time Nursery Manager based in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire
The setting is a medium sized and has a waiting list, it is situated near woodlands and operates a forest school.- Full time hours would be 40 hours
- Salary for the role will be negotiable depending on the successful candidate’s level of experience and qualifications held, but will be circa £32000 - £34000

- Either 3 years as a deputy manager or Over 1 year current experience as a Nursery Manager
- Minimum of 5 years occupational experience in a nursery setting
- To have held a full and relevant Early Years qualification

- Ability to implement and manage change
- Creating an educational, fun and diverse environment for children to learn and staff to teach.
- Implementing and ensuring staff adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations

- Ensure that the nursery is operating effectively by achieving high occupancy and controlling
- Working to increase occupancy and managing budgets to maximise the sustainability of the nursery
