- We are currently recruiting a permanent Nursery Practitioner and Room Leader in Henley-on-Thames for a beautiful nursery that is part of a small chain with beautiful resources
This role is a permanent position working over 30 - 40 hours on a rota basis betwen 7.30am and 6.00pm.
Shifts are between 8-5 and 9-6 Monday to Friday, but they are also flexible to other full time shift patterns, such as 8-6 over four days.
What they can offer for the Nursery Practitioner and Room Leader role in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire- £22,500 - £24,000 for practitioner plus a joining bonus of £2500 after 6 months (negotiable for experienced candidates)

- Sound knowledge of EYFS

- Room Leaders need extensive experience as Practitioners or senior level experience
- Displaying a real passion for childcare.
- Communicate well with management, colleagues, parents and children.
- Observe and plan for your key children using the EYFS.
- Ensure the needs of the children are met, giving physical, emotional and intellectual guidance as appropriate.
- Lunch/snacks duty
- Promoting best practice in the nursery.
- Effectively supporting team members
- Room leader will be required to support a small team and lead on planning in their room
